Well certainly hope that your coral cuts are well and truly healed by now. Did you ever have to get medical treatment? This comment more relevant to future readers, but when I used to live and work in the tropics - Cairns and Bali - where coral cuts were a risk to me, I always had a tube of manuka honey with me. The proper active manuka honey that is, it is a great natural wound healer with strong antiseptic and antibiotic aspects, that comes from New Zealand (where I'm from, hence had some with me for travelling). Luckily never had to use it for a coral cut, but it did help heal and keep out any infection when I got a nasty gash in my leg from falling rocks (was scrambling up a river bank) last year in Austria. After that had to get some more, and as was away from home at the time got it online from www.worldofnz.co.uk , which gave a bit more info on it too. But guess if you just type active manuka honey into google or your local yahoo then you should get a list of who has it in your part of the world. (unless you're travelling through New Zealand where we have it in many shops)
